I guess they all can't be perfect, especially when your teaching yourself. I am trying to make all the cakes in the first Wilton cake decorating booklet. The clown is a little scary in the book, but when I made it, it looks like a mask from a horror film(Halloween?). It's chocolate, buttercream frosting, I know it will taste good. Jack of course thinks its great.
