I've been so busy. Tricia had a knee replacement on Tuesday. The logistics, for me too be down there with her was crazy. Plus a friend from work wanted me to make a Wedding Cake for her, November 7th.

I had to get Jack ready for the week also. Since I wouldn't be around, I had to make sure he had enough pills, food, phone numbers. I also had a outing planned for him, with the help of my good friend Sharon. Thank You Sharon.

So Tricia's knee replacement went well. Wow was she in a lot of pain. She couldn't get the pain under control. I was worried she wouldn't be able to go home on Friday. The Dr. bumped up the Morphine and by the end of the day she was a different person. I am sure she was worried.

She was a real trouper, did what they asked of her. Now she is at home with Tony Nightingale!
Ok, Now to the cake. Here are a few pictures of the 4 tiers of cake. Now this doesn't look like much. Just wait til you see the pictures tomorrow, after I assemble it.

This is the first Wedding Cake I have done. I would give myself a B, if I were grading myself. Real flowers at the base and in between each layer and on top. Stay tuned.
